    Code in your repository from day one. Systems in cloud accounts you own, in the region you choose. No subscription, no lock-in.

    Before any software, we sit down with the problem. You get written requirements with acceptance criteria.

  2. See it before it is built.

    Screens you can click through, in your users’ language. Change your mind here, where it costs nothing.

  3. Build, with AI where you chose it.

    Each step that could go to AI is filled in one of four ways. Approvals and records are part of the build.

  4. Launch, hand over, stay.

    Deployed to accounts you own, with tests and handover notes. The same team maintains it on agreed terms.

AI tools assist our development and testing. Decisions, approvals and releases stay with named people.

What AI-ready means

Before you write

Questions we are asked first.

Operations and management systems, industry portals and platforms, enterprise AI assistants, and learning and content applications. Each one starts from your business case.

No. Every system has a defined place for AI and four ways to fill it: a local model, a cloud service, a rule-based module, or your own people. You can change later. The rest of the system stays as it is.

You do. The code is in your repository from day one, and the system runs in cloud accounts you own, in the region you choose.

With a local model, nowhere: it stays on your servers. With a cloud service, to the provider you choose, under your own contract. With a rule-based module there is no model at all.

Start with a readiness review: one week, fixed price. We test security, performance and the journeys your users rely on, and hand you a ranked fix list.

English and Chinese are written by our own team. Other languages are localized with your people or a partner, priced up front.
